त्वमिन्द्र शर्मरिणा हव्यं पारावतेभ्यः । विप्राय स्तुवते वसुवनिं दुरश्रवसे वह

IAST Transliteration

tvám índra śárma-riṇā havyáṃ pārā́vatebhyaḥ | víprāya stuvaté vásu-vaníṃ dur-aśraváse vaha ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Thou, Indra, who repayest with shelter, bring hither the oblation from far away; bring wealth-winning to the singer as he praiseth thee—yea, to him whose fame is hard to win.

Translation

Hỡi Indra, đấng đáp đền bằng sự che chở, hãy mang lễ phẩm (havis) từ nơi xa đến đây. Hãy mang của cải đem lại sự đắc phú cho bậc hiền triết đang ca tụng ngươi—cho người mà danh tiếng khó đạt được ấy.
