अपूपवान् घृतवांश्चरुरेह सीदतु । लोककृतः पथिकृतो यजामहे ये देवानां हुतभागा इह स्थ

IAST Transliteration

apūpavā́n ghr̥tavā́ṁś carúr eha sī́datu | lokakŕ̥taḥ pathikŕ̥to yajāmahe yé devā́nāṁ hutabhā́gā ihá stha ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Let the cooked oblation, furnished with cake and rich in ghee, sit down here. We sacrifice unto the World-makers, the Path-makers—those who, of the Gods, possess a share in the offered gift—be ye here present.

Translation

Nguyện lễ vật nấu chín (caru), có bánh tế (apūpa) và dồi dào bơ sữa tinh luyện (ghṛta), hãy an tọa tại đây. Chúng tôi hiến tế các Đấng tạo lập thế giới, các Đấng mở đường—những vị trong hàng chư thần nhận phần của lễ dâng (huta); xin hiện diện tại đây.
