चक्षुः श्रोत्रं यशो अस्मासु धेह्यन्नं रेतो लोहितमुदरम्।२५॥ तानि कल्पद् ब्रह्मचारी सलिलस्य पृष्ठे तपोऽतिष्ठत् तप्यमानः समुद्रे। स स्नातो बभ्रुः पिङ्गलः पृथिव्यां बहु रोचते

IAST Transliteration

cákṣuḥ śrótraṃ yáśo asmā́su dhehy ánnaṃ réto lóhitam udáram | tā́ni kálpad brahmacārī salilásya pṛṣṭhé tápo ’tiṣṭhat tápyamānaḥ samudré | sá snātó babhrúḥ piṅgaláḥ pṛthivyā́ṃ bahú rócate

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Bestow on us eye and ear, and glory; food, seed, blood, and the belly. These did the Brahmacārin duly fashion: on the back of the waters he took his stand in heat, heating himself in the sea. Bathed, brown, tawny, on the earth he shineth forth full greatly.

Translation

Xin ban cho chúng con mắt và tai, cùng vinh quang; thức ăn, tinh dịch (retas), máu (lohita), và bụng. Những điều ấy người phạm hạnh đã sắp đặt đúng phép: đứng trên lưng của các dòng nước, người an trụ trong sức nóng của khổ hạnh, tự nung mình giữa biển cả. Tắm gội xong, người nâu sẫm, vàng nâu, rực sáng lớn lao trên mặt đất.
