वायुरमित्राणामिष्वग्राण्याञ्चतु । इन्द्र एषां बाहून् प्रति भनक्तु मा शकन् प्रतिधामिषुम्। आदित्य एषामस्त्रं वि नाशयतु चन्द्रमा युतामगतस्य पन्थाम्

IAST Transliteration

vāyúr amítrāṇām iṣv-ágrāṇy ā́ñcatu | índra eṣā́ṃ bāhū́n práti bhanaktu mā́ śakān pratidhā́m íṣum | ādityá eṣā́m ástraṃ ví nāśayatu candrámā yutā́m ágatasya pánthām ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Let Vāyu turn aside the foemen’s arrow-points. Let Indra break their arms in counter-stroke: let them not have power to set the arrow to its aim. Let Āditya shatter their weapon utterly; let Moon yoke for the ungoing one a path astray.

Translation

Nguyện Vāyu làm chệch các mũi tên của kẻ thù. Nguyện Indra bẻ gãy cánh tay chúng bằng đòn phản kích; chớ để chúng có sức đặt mũi tên vào đúng đích. Nguyện Āditya nghiền nát vũ khí của chúng đến tận cùng; và nguyện Candramā (Mặt Trăng) thắng ách cho kẻ không thể tiến, khiến nó đi lạc khỏi con đường.
