दण्डपारुष्याच्च तमेव दोषमन्येभ्यः प्राप्नोति ॥ कZ_०८.३.३६ ॥
Transliteration
daṇḍapāruṣyācca tameva doṣam anyebhyaḥ prāpnoti
Translation
Và vì sự trừng phạt bạo lực/sự hà khắc trong cưỡng chế, ông ta mắc cùng một tội lỗi mà ông ta sẽ quy cho người khác (tức là người cai trị trở nên có tội đúng với chính hành vi mà mình trừng phạt).
