अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

Một ông vua mù có thể bị “đặt cho yên” ở bất cứ đâu—tức là bị bố trí và kiểm soát—nhờ nguồn lực của những kẻ đồng lõa.
