स यच्छीलस्तच्छीलाः प्रकृतयो भवन्ति उत्थाने प्रमादे च तदायत्तत्वात् ॥ कZ_०८.१.१७ ॥
Transliteration
sa yacchīlas tacchīlāḥ prakṛtayo bhavanti utthāne pramāde ca tadāyattatvāt.
Translation
Vua có tính cách thế nào thì các yếu tố của quốc gia (prakṛti) cũng trở nên như thế; vì sự chủ động và sự lơ là của họ đều phụ thuộc vào vua.
