Transliteration

vyavasthitāryamaryādaḥ kṛtavarṇāśramasthitiḥ

Translation

Nhà vua/vương quốc nên có các chuẩn mực ứng xử được thiết lập vững chắc cho cộng đồng ārya (văn minh), và sự ổn định được thiết lập đúng đắn của hệ thống varṇa và āśrama.
