Transliteration

upalabhamāno nānutiṣṭhaty āhāryabuddhiḥ

Translation

Dù được chỉ dạy và làm cho hiểu rõ, kẻ chỉ có trí tuệ vay mượn (học lỏm, thứ cấp) vẫn không thực hiện điều cần làm.
