तेषां कार्तान्तिकनैमित्तिकमौहूर्तिकव्यञ्जनाः परस्पराभिसम्बन्धममित्राटविकसम्बन्धं वा विद्युः ॥ कZ_०१.१३.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣāṃ kārtāntika-naimittika-mauhūrtika-vyañjanāḥ parasparābhisambandham amitrāṭavika-sambandhaṃ vā vidyuḥ

Translation

Đối với những người như vậy, các quan sát viên của nhà nước—những kẻ hành pháp huyền thuật/đồng cốt, người đọc điềm, nhà chiêm tinh và chỉ điểm cải trang—phải xác minh các mối liên hệ qua lại giữa họ, hoặc mối liên hệ của họ với kẻ thù và các bộ lạc rừng núi.
