तान् राजा स्वविषये मन्त्रिपुरोहितसेनापतियुवराजदौवारिकान्तर्वंशिकप्रशास्तृसमाहर्तृसम्निधातृप्रदेष्टृनायकपौरव्यावहारिककार्मान्तिकमन्त्रिपरिषदध्यक्षदण्डदुर्गान्तपालाटविकेषु श्रद्धेयदेशवेषशिल्पभाषाभिजनापदेशान्भक्तितः सामर्थ्ययोगाच्चापसर्पयेत् ॥ कZ_०१.१२.०६ ॥

Transliteration

tān rājā svaviṣaye mantripurohitasenāpatiyuvarājadauvārikāntarvaṃśikapraśāstṛsamāhartṛsamnidhātṛpradeṣṭṛnāyakapauravyāvahārikakārmāntikamantripariṣadadhyakṣadaṇḍadurgāntapālāṭavikeṣu śraddheya-deśa-veṣa-śilpa-bhāṣā-abhijanāpadeśān bhaktitaḥ sāmarthya-yogāc cāpasarpayet

Translation

Trong lãnh thổ của mình, nhà vua nên bí mật bố trí những mật vụ như vậy—đáng tin theo vùng miền tự xưng, y phục, nghề/khéo tay, ngôn ngữ và dòng dõi—vào bên cạnh: tể tướng, quốc sư (purohita), tổng chỉ huy, thái tử, người giữ cổng, quan lại nội cung, quan trấn nhậm/quan hành chính địa phương, người thu thuế, thủ khố, các giám quan, các thủ lĩnh, quan chức đô thị, quan tư pháp, các xưởng thủ công, chủ tịch hội đồng, cơ quan hình phạt/cảnh vệ, người giữ thành lũy và biên ải, và các thủ lĩnh rừng—dựa trên lòng trung thành và sự phù hợp về năng lực để phân công.
