उपघातैः प्रधानानां मान्यानां चावमाननैः ॥ कZ_०७.५.२४च्द् ॥

Transliteration

upaghātaiḥ pradhānānāṃ mānyānāṃ cāvamānanaiḥ

Translation

Bằng việc làm tổn hại/làm suy yếu các đại thần chủ chốt, và bằng việc làm nhục những người đáng được tôn kính.
