दुष्टपौरजानपदो वा न्यायवृत्तिरन्यां भूमिं याचेत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२४ ॥
Transliteration
duṣṭa-paurajānapado vā nyāya-vṛttir anyāṃ bhūmiṃ yāceta
Translation
Nếu dân thành thị và nông thôn bị tha hóa/thù địch, thì người kiên trì hành xử theo pháp luật nên xin một lãnh thổ khác (để cư trú/cai quản).
