Transliteration

upalabdhavidyāprabhāvāṇāṃ puraścaraṇādyādiśeyur abhijñānārtham

Translation

Đối với những người mà năng lực (lời tuyên bố) về các nghệ thuật/kỹ năng đã học được là đã được biết đến, nhà chức trách nên quy định các phép tu tập sơ bộ (như nghi thức/khổ luyện chuẩn bị) v.v., nhằm mục đích nhận dạng/kiểm chứng.
