तेन धान्यपण्यविक्रये व्यवहरेतानुग्रहेण प्रजानाम् ॥ कZ_०४.२.२७ ॥

Transliteration

tena dhānyapaṇyavikraye vyavaharet anugraheṇa prajānām

Translation

Vì vậy, ông ta phải điều hành/giám sát việc bán thóc gạo và hàng hóa nhằm đem lợi ích (ưu đãi) cho dân chúng.
