अकामायाः शत्यो दण्ड आत्मरागार्थं शुल्कदानं च ॥ कZ_०४.१२.२१ ॥

Transliteration

akāmāyāḥ śatyo daṇḍa ātmarāgārthaṃ śulkadānaṃ ca

Translation

Nếu nàng không tự nguyện (không đồng thuận), mức phạt là một trăm paṇa; và người ấy còn phải trả sính lễ (bride-price) để làm phương tiện khiến nàng chấp nhận/gắn bó (ātmarāga).
