Transliteration
vṛddhicchede chedadviguṇo daṇḍaḥ
Translation
Đối với việc cắt bớt phần tăng thêm theo quy định (tức không giao phần phụ trội đã thỏa thuận), mức phạt là gấp đôi số lượng bị thiếu hụt.
