तयोरपचरणे रागस्यापहारं विद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१.३१ ॥
Transliteration
tayor apacaraṇe rāgasyāpahāraṃ vidyāt
Translation
Trong trường hợp vi phạm do một trong hai bên gây ra, nên quy định tịch thu ‘rāga’ (tức khoản lợi bất chính/lợi nhuận “nhuốm màu” hay vật có giá trị thu được từ hành vi phạm).
