Transliteration

sve pare vā jane kāryaṃ deśakālāgra-varṇataḥ

Translation

Cần tiến hành hành động—đối với người của mình hay người ngoài—tùy theo địa điểm, thời gian, thứ tự ưu tiên/trình tự, và phân loại xã hội (nếu liên quan đến thủ tục).
