द्रव्यभोगानामागमं चास्यानुयुञ्जीत तस्य चार्थस्य व्यवहारोपलिङ्गनमभियोक्तुश्चार्थसामर्थ्यम् ॥ कZ_०३.१२.५१ ॥

Transliteration

dravyabhogānām āgamaṃ cāsya anuyuñjīta tasya ca arthasya vyavahāropaliṅganam abhiyoktuḥ ca arthasāmarthyam

Translation

Ông ta nên thẩm vấn người đó về nguồn gốc tài sản và các hưởng thụ của mình; đồng thời (cũng xem xét) các dấu hiệu của những giao dịch thực tế liên quan đến việc ấy, và năng lực tài chính của người tố cáo (để theo đuổi/duy trì vụ kiện).
