स चेद् राजार्थमुपनयत्यल्पापराधे वारयितव्यः महति यथापराधं दण्डयितव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.१६ ॥

Transliteration

sa ced rājārtham upanayaty alpāparādhe vārayitavyaḥ mahati yathāparādhaṃ daṇḍayitavyaḥ

Translation

Nếu ông ta nộp (khoản thu thêm) ấy vào tài khoản của nhà vua, thì với lỗi nhẹ phải ngăn chặn/cảnh cáo; với lỗi nặng phải trừng phạt tương xứng với mức độ vi phạm.
