Transliteration
alpāyatiś cen mahāvyayo bhakṣayati
Translation
Nếu khoản thu nhỏ trong khi khoản chi lớn, thì đó là dấu hiệu của “tiêu xài/ăn chặn”—tham ô hoặc thất thoát.
