विपर्यये मूल्यद्विगुणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.५.१४ ॥
Transliteration
viparyaye mūlya-dviguṇo daṇḍaḥ.
Translation
Nếu phát hiện điều ngược lại (tức vi phạm các tiêu chuẩn), mức phạt là gấp đôi giá trị.
