तेषामन्यतमस्यानयने बहिरेवोच्छुल्को विक्रयः ॥ कZ_०२.२१.२३ ॥

Transliteration

teṣām anyatamasya ānayane bahir eva occhulko vikrayaḥ

Translation

Khi bất kỳ mặt hàng nào trong số các mặt hàng bị hạn chế đó được đưa vào, việc bán chỉ được thực hiện ở bên ngoài (cửa ải/đồn biên giới), và phải được miễn thuế.
