शुल्कभयात्पण्यप्रमाण मूल्यं वा हीनं ब्रुवतस्तदतिरिक्तं राजा हरेत् ॥ कZ_०२.२१.१० ॥

Transliteration

śulkabhayāt paṇyapramāṇa mūlyaṃ vā hīnaṃ bruvatās tadatiriktaṃ rājā haret

Translation

Nếu vì sợ thuế mà khai số lượng hàng hóa hoặc giá trị của chúng thấp hơn thực tế, thì nhà vua sẽ tịch thu phần dư (phần chưa khai).
