Transliteration

nāvikasārthavāhebhyaś ca parihāram āyatikṣamaṃ dadyāt

Translation

Ông ta nên ban các khoản miễn/giảm cho người lái thuyền và trưởng đoàn lữ hành, theo cách có thể duy trì bền vững về lâu dài.
