कृच्छ्रोपजापा हि बाह्यानामभ्यन्तरास्तेषामितरे वा ॥ कZ_०९.५.०७ ॥
Transliteration
kṛcchropajāpā hi bāhyānām abhyantarās teṣām itare vā
Translation
Việc mua chuộc người ngoài là khó—(tốt nhất là thực hiện) bằng người trong nội bộ của họ, hoặc nếu không thì bằng những người khác (phù hợp với nhiệm vụ).
