शिरोभ्रुमस्तके कण्ठे हृदि नाभौ च गुह्यके उर्वोश् च जानुजङ्घोरुद्वये चरणयोः क्रमात्
śirobhrumastake kaṇṭhe hṛdi nābhau ca guhyake urvoś ca jānujaṅghorudvaye caraṇayoḥ kramāt
