FAQs

A practical veterinary–Ayurvedic instruction: treating a horse’s tongue-related disorder by releasing the jihvā-granthi (tongue frenulum/knot) and reducing tongue stiffness until stobha (stammering/blocked utterance) ceases.

It shows the Agni Purana’s coverage extends beyond theology into applied sciences—here, animal medicine and clinical procedure—demonstrating its wide-ranging, handbook-like character.

While primarily medical, caring for and healing living beings is traditionally aligned with dharma (compassionate duty), supporting purity of conduct and reducing harm through correct treatment.
