रिपौ बद्धे स्वदेहे च समैकात्म्यं प्रपश्यतः । विवेकिनः कुतः कोपः स्वदेहावयवेष्विव ॥२८॥

IAST Transliteration

ripau baddhe svadehe ca samaikātmyam prapaśyataḥ | vivekinaḥ kutaḥ kopaḥ svadehāvayaveṣv iva ||28||

Translation

جو صاحبِ تمییز دشمن اور اپنے ہی بدن میں ایک ہی آتما کی یکتائی کو صاف دیکھتا ہے، اس کے لیے غضب کہاں؟ جیسے اپنے ہی جسم کے اعضا پر کوئی غضب نہیں ہوتا۔

Academic Translation

For the discriminating one who clearly perceives the same oneness of Self in an enemy and in one’s own body, whence could there be anger—just as (there is no anger) toward the limbs of one’s own body?
