तदन्वये बलिर्जातः स चातीव बला धिकः । एकातपत्रां पृथिवीं बलिश्चक्रे बलाधिकः । अकृष्टपच्या सुजला धरित्री सस्यशालिनी
tadanvaye balirjātaḥ sa cātīva balā dhikaḥ | ekātapatrāṃ pṛthivīṃ baliścakre balādhikaḥ | akṛṣṭapacyā sujalā dharitrī sasyaśālinī
اسی نسل میں بَلی پیدا ہوا، نہایت زورآور۔ اس بے مثال قوت والے بَلی نے زمین کو ‘ایک چھتری کے نیچے’ کر دیا، یعنی ایک ہی اقتدار میں متحد کر دیا۔ دھرتی بغیر ہل چلائے فصل دیتی، پانی سے سیراب تھی اور غلّے سے بھرپور تھی۔
