दुर्वासा उवाच । मामपृष्ट्वा जलं यस्मात्पीतवत्यसि रुक्मिणी । तस्मात्पानरता नित्यं भविष्यसि न संशयः

Transliteration

durvāsā uvāca | māmapṛṣṭvā jalaṃ yasmātpītavatyasi rukmiṇī | tasmātpānaratā nityaṃ bhaviṣyasi na saṃśayaḥ

Translation

دُروَاسا نے کہا: “اے رُکمِنی! چونکہ تم نے مجھ سے پوچھے بغیر پانی پیا ہے، اس لیے تم ہمیشہ پینے کی رغبت میں مبتلا رہو گی—اس میں کوئی شک نہیں۔”
