gṛhānnirgatya sāyāhne puradvārabahiḥ sthitā | vanamārgaṃ prapaśyaṃtī patyurāgamanecchayā

Translation

شام کے وقت گھر سے نکل کر وہ شہر کے دروازے کے باہر کھڑی رہی۔ شوہر کی آمد کی آرزو میں وہ جنگل کے راستے کی طرف دیکھتی رہی۔
