tathaiva devāsurayakṣadānavā nāgāḥ pataṃgāpsaraso maharṣayaḥ | sametya sarve parivaktumīśamūcustadānīṃ śirasā praṇamya
Narrator (Sūta/Lomaharṣaṇa tradition, Mahēśvarakhaṇḍa narrative voice)
Tirtha: Kedāra
Type: kshetra
Listener: null
Scene: A vast assembly—devas, asuras, yakṣas, dānavas, nāgas, birds, apsarases, and maharṣis—gathers and bows in unison, then addresses Śiva with folded hands.
Reverence to the Lord is universal: all classes of beings honor Śiva when cosmic dharma is being affirmed.
The verse continues the Kedārakhaṇḍa Himalayan sacred context rather than naming a single tīrtha explicitly.
Praṇāma (bowing with the head) is shown as the appropriate devotional gesture before addressing the Lord.
