देवा ऊचुः । मदनद्वं समर्थोसि अस्माञ्जेतुं सदैव हि । महेशं प्रति गच्छाशु सुरकार्यार्थसिद्धये । पार्वत्या सहितं शंभुं कुरुष्वाद्य महामते
devā ūcuḥ | madanadvaṃ samarthosi asmāñjetuṃ sadaiva hi | maheśaṃ prati gacchāśu surakāryārthasiddhaye | pārvatyā sahitaṃ śaṃbhuṃ kuruṣvādya mahāmate
دیوتاؤں نے کہا: “اے مدن! تو ہمیشہ ہمیں بھی زیر کرنے پر قادر ہے۔ دیوتاؤں کے کام کی تکمیل کے لیے فوراً مہیش کے پاس جا۔ اے عظیم خرد والے! آج پاروتی سمیت شمبھو کو اپنے اثر میں لے آ۔”
