vāmādyā nava śaktīśca navasvarayutā yajet | hṛdi bījatrayādyena pīṭhamaṃtreṇa cārcayet

Translation

واما سے آغاز کرکے، نو سُوروں کے ساتھ وابستہ نو شکتیوں کی پوجا کرے۔ ہردے (مرکز) میں تین بیج اَکشروں سے آغاز کرتے ہوئے پیٹھ منتر کے ذریعے ارچنا کرے۔
