Mantra 22
उ॒प॒या॒मगृ॑हीतो॒ऽसीन्द्रा॑य त्वा बृ॒हद्व॑ते॒ वय॑स्वत उक्था॒व्यं॒ गृह्णामि । यत्त॑ इन्द्र बृ॒हद्वय॒स्तस्मै॑ त्वा॒ विष्ण॑वे त्वै॒ष ते॒ योनि॑रु॒क्थेभ्य॑स्त्वा दे॒वेभ्य॑स्त्वा देवा॒व्यं॒ य॒ज्ञस्यायु॑षे गृह्णामि
upayā́ma-gṛhīto ’sī́ndrāya tvā bṛhádvate váyasvata ukthāvyàṃ gṛhṇāmi | yát ta indra bṛhádvayaḥ tásmai tvā víṣṇave tvā eṣá te yónir ukthébhyaḥ tvā devébhyaḥ tvā devāvyàṃ yajñásyā́yuṣe gṛhṇāmi
Taken with the Upayāma art thou. For Indra thee, for the Great One, the vigorous, as Uktha-worthy, I take. What great vital power is thine, O Indra—therefor for Viṣṇu thee. This is thy womb. For the Ukthas thee; for the Gods thee—god-worthy—for the life of the sacrifice I take thee.
