Transliteration
tád éjati tán naíjati tád dūré tád v antiké | tád antár asya sárvasya tád u sárvasyāsya bāhyatáḥ ||
Translation
It moveth; it moveth not. It is far, and it is near. It is within all this; and it is also without all this.
