अ॒यᳪ स॒हस्र॒मृषि॑भि॒ः सह॑स्कृतः समु॒द्र इ॑व पप्रथे । स॒त्यः सो अ॑स्य महि॒मा गृ॑णे॒ शवो॑ य॒ज्ञेषु॑ विप्र॒राज्ये॑ ॥
Transliteration
ayáṃ sahásram ṛ́ṣibhíḥ sáha-skṛtaḥ samudrá iva paprathe | satyáḥ só asya mahimā́ gṛṇé śávo yajñéṣu vipra-rā́jye ||
Translation
This, strengthened by a thousand seers, hath spread abroad like the ocean. True is his greatness; I proclaim his might in sacrifices, in the priestly sovereignty.
