कु॒विद॒ङ्ग यव॑मन्तो॒ यवं॑ चि॒द्यथा॒ दान्त्य॑नुपू॒र्वं वि॒यूय॑ । इ॒हेहै॑षां कृणुहि॒ भोज॑नानि॒ ये ब॒र्हिषो॒ नम॑ उक्तिं॒ यज॑न्ति । उ॒प॒या॒मगृ॑हीतोऽस्य॒श्विभ्यां॑ त्वा॒ सर॑स्वत्यै॒ त्वेन्द्रा॑य त्वा सु॒त्राम्ण॑ ए॒ष ते॒ योनि॒स्तेज॑से त्वा वी॒र्या॒य त्वा॒ बला॑य त्वा
kuvíd aṅga yávamanto yávaṃ cid yáthā dā́nty anupūrváṃ viyū́ya | ihéháiṣāṃ kṛṇuhi bhójanāni yé barhíṣo náma uktíṃ yájanti | upayā́ma-gṛhīto 'sy aśvíbhyāṃ tvā sárasvatyai tvéndrā́ya tvā sutrā́mṇe eṣá te yóniḥ téjase tvā vīryā́ya tvā bálāya tvā ||
May they, forsooth, that are rich in barley, even as they give barley, distributing it in due order, bestow (on us) here, even here, provisions—those who with the Barhis worship the utterance of homage. Taken with the Upayāma art thou: for the Aśvins thee, for Sarasvatī thee, for Indra thee the good protector. This is thy womb: for splendour thee, for vigour thee, for strength thee.
