हनूमत्प्रादुर्भावः (Hanūmat-prādurbhāvaḥ) — The Manifestation/Birth of Hanumān as Śiva’s Agency
दग्ध्वा लंकां वंचयित्वा विभीषणगृहं ततः । अपतद्वारिधौ वीरस्ततस्स कपिकुञ्जरः
dagdhvā laṃkāṃ vaṃcayitvā vibhīṣaṇagṛhaṃ tataḥ | apatadvāridhau vīrastatassa kapikuñjaraḥ
لنکا کو جلا کر اور وبھیषण کے گھر کو بچا کر، وہ بہادر کپی کنجر پھر سمندر میں کود پڑا۔
Sūta Gosvāmin (narrating to the sages of Naimiṣāraṇya)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Paśupatinātha
Role: nurturing
It highlights dharma-guided strength: power is used to destroy adharma while protecting the righteous, reflecting the Shaiva ethic of aligning action with truth and divine order.
Though narrative in tone, it supports Saguna devotion by showing how divine-aligned virtues—courage, discrimination, and protection of devotees—are honored in Purāṇic remembrance that supports Shiva-bhakti.
Practice discrimination (viveka) in sādhanā: pair japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with a vow of non-harm toward the righteous, using strength only to remove inner ‘Laṅkā’—ego and tamas.
