हाहाकारमकुर्वंस्ते धिक्धिक् न इति वादिनः । उच्चैस्सर्वेऽसकृद्वीरःश्शंकरस्य गणाधिपाः
hāhākāramakurvaṃste dhikdhik na iti vādinaḥ | uccaissarve'sakṛdvīraḥśśaṃkarasya gaṇādhipāḥ
شنکر کے گنوں کے وہ بہادر سردار بار بار بلند آواز سے ‘ہا ہا’ کا شور مچانے لگے اور بار بار پکارے—“دھک دھک! نہیں، یہ ہرگز نہیں ہونا چاہیے!”

The verse highlights Saguna Śiva’s living presence in His gaṇas and devotees: honoring the Liṅga and Śiva’s name is not abstract, but a concrete relationship of reverence where disrespect is spiritually corrosive and devotion is protective.
A practical takeaway is japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) with mental restraint—transforming agitation into prayer—along with simple Śiva-upacāras like vibhūti (tripuṇḍra) and reverent silence rather than harsh speech.
