جب وہاں وہ مبارک رِتو داخل ہوئی تو ملایہ کی ہوا چلنے لگی، خوشبودار پھولوں کی مہک لیے؛ اور فضا کی سرشاری بھی عطر سے بھر گئی۔

The verse presents nature itself becoming pure and fragrant, a Shaiva motif where outer auspiciousness mirrors inner sattva—preparing the mind for devotion to Pati (Shiva) and receptive grace.
Fragrance, flowers, and a sanctified atmosphere are classic upacāras (offerings) in Saguna Shiva worship; the verse evokes the devotional setting in which Shiva is honored through sensory purity and reverence.
Offer fragrant flowers while repeating the Panchākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya,” and cultivate a ‘fragrant mind’—cleanliness, calm breath, and gentle attention—before Linga-darśana or japa.
