The verse highlights reverent darśana: upon beholding Satī as Ambā, the Supreme Lady, devotees respond with humility (vinaya), prostration (namana), and sacred praise (stuti)—a core Shaiva-Siddhānta devotional posture that purifies the heart and aligns the soul toward Pati (Śiva) through Śakti.
In Shaiva practice, Saguna worship is often approached through Śiva with Śakti: honoring Satī/ Ambā as Parameśvarī supports Linga-worship by affirming that Śiva’s grace is inseparable from Śakti’s presence, and that stotra and namaskāra are valid limbs of Saguna upāsanā.
A simple takeaway is to perform darśana with vinaya: offer namaskāra, then recite an auspicious stotra to Śiva-Śakti; this can be paired with japa of the Pañcākṣarī mantra ("Om Namaḥ Śivāya") as an inner praise while maintaining a humble, surrendered mind.
