The verse highlights reverent care toward the Divine Mother (Pārvatī) and the sanctity of placing spiritual life under the guidance of a ṛṣi—suggesting that divine destiny unfolds through dharma, respect, and right association (sat-saṅga).
In the Pārvatīkhaṇḍa narrative, honoring Pārvatī supports the Saguna framework of Śiva-bhakti: devotion is lived through respectful actions toward Śiva’s Śakti, and such dharmic conduct becomes the ground for later Linga-centered worship and vows.
While no specific rite is named, the implied practice is sevā and sat-saṅga—approaching saints with humility. As a Shaiva takeaway, one may pair this with daily Panchākṣarī japa (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and respectful observance of purity and devotion.
