ṛṣibhirbodhitaḥ prītyā svabandhuparivāritaḥ | kariṣyati na saṃdehastava vākyaṃ pitā mama
رشیوں کی محبت بھری نصیحت سے خوش ہو کر اور اپنے رشتہ داروں میں گھرا ہوا میرا والد تمہارا کہا بے شک پورا کرے گا؛ اس میں کوئی شک نہیں۔
Parvati
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Umāpati
Sthala Purana: Not a jyotirliṅga passage; it highlights ṛṣi-mediated dharmic counsel enabling the divine marriage—an archetype for how śāstra and sādhus align worldly decisions with divine will.
Significance: Affirms the merit of sat-saṅga (association with sages) and śāstric counsel; pilgrims often seek blessings from ascetics/ācāryas before major saṃskāras like marriage.
Shakti Form: Pārvatī
Role: teaching
It highlights dharmic alignment: when elders (ṛṣis) counsel with goodwill, worldly authority (the father/king) harmonizes with divine intention—supporting Parvatī’s destined union with Śiva.
Though not directly about the Liṅga, it supports Saguna Śiva-bhakti through the Parvatī–Śiva līlā: devotion and right counsel remove obstacles, allowing the devotee’s relationship with Śiva to mature into steadfast commitment.
The takeaway is śraddhā and respectful reliance on guru/ṛṣi guidance; in practice, devotees may reinforce this with daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) while seeking dharmic counsel for major life decisions.
