uktaiva sa ca dharmātmā sudharmā śaivasattamaḥ | yathāyogyaṃ cakārāśu dharmasaṃgrahamātmanaḥ
یوں ہدایت پا کر وہ دھرماتما سُدھرمٰا—شیو بھکتوں میں افضل—نے اپنی استطاعت کے مطابق فوراً اپنے لیے دھرم کا منظم مجموعہ تیار کر لیا۔

It highlights the Shaiva principle that true devotion matures into disciplined living: a devotee promptly arranges life according to dharma, making oneself fit for Śiva’s grace (anugraha) and liberation.
Linga/Saguna-Śiva worship is not merely ritual; it is supported by dharmic order—purity, right conduct, and regulated practice—so the devotee’s worship becomes steady and fruitful.
The verse implies adopting a structured Shaiva regimen—daily Śiva-pūjā with mantra-japa (especially the Panchākṣarī “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”), along with conduct aligned to dharma—done promptly and appropriately to one’s capacity.
