इति स्कन्दस्तवन्दिव्यं वामदेवेन भाषितम् । यः पठेच्छृणुयाद्वापि स याति परमां गतिम्
iti skandastavandivyaṃ vāmadevena bhāṣitam | yaḥ paṭhecchṛṇuyādvāpi sa yāti paramāṃ gatim
یوں وام دیو کے ارشاد کردہ اسکند (کارتیکیہ) کا یہ دیویہ ستَو سمাপ্ত ہوا۔ جو اسے پڑھے یا سنے بھی، وہ پرم گتی کو پاتا ہے۔

It declares the phalaśruti (fruit) of the Skanda-stotra: sincere recitation or even attentive listening purifies the bound soul (paśu) and leads toward the supreme state (paramā gati), i.e., mokṣa, by divine grace.
