Devas, Danavas and Ghandharvas arrived there and said, "Let the Brahmins be without anxiety and move about without fear."
A dharmic kingdom safeguards the learned and the good: fearlessness for brāhmaṇas symbolizes the restoration of lawful, truth-centered life.
Celestial beings publicly announce that the time of anxiety has passed and that the Brahmins may live and move freely.
Respect for spiritual and ethical custodians (brāhmaṇas) and the duty to protect them from intimidation.
