तानिशस्त्राणिघोराणिप्रतिगृह्य स मारुतिः ।रोषेणमहताविष्टोवाक्यंचेदमुवाच ह ।।।।
tāni śastrāṇi ghorāṇi pratigṛhya sa mārutiḥ |
roṣeṇa mahatāviṣṭo vākyaṁ cedam uvāca ha ||
حنومان نے اُن ہولناک ہتھیاروں کو سہہ لیا؛ پھر عظیم غضب میں بھر کر یہ کلمات ارشاد کیے۔
Receiving those frightening weapons, Maruthi spoke these words overcome by anger.
It sets up the tension between righteous action and anger: even a dharmic warrior must master krodha so that power remains guided by truth and duty rather than impulsive retaliation.
After enduring Indrajit’s weapon-shower, Hanumān becomes intensely enraged and prepares to respond verbally (and then physically).
Forbearance first (he withstands the attack), followed by the challenge of self-governed strength when anger arises.
